Delivery Policy

At Green Olive,orders placed from Sunday to Thursday will receive confirmation email or phone call within 24 hours, orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Public holidays will be handled in the next working day. 

Delivery Service

・Orders will be delivered after customer received the confirmation by email or phone. Delivery hours: Monday to Friday 9a.m. to 6p.m.
・Delivery service is limited to Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories commercial, industrial and residential addresses only. Delivery service is not available to remote areas and outlying islands (including Ma Wan, Lantau Island, and Hong Kong International Airport).
・Delivery service is not available to areas that cannot be reached directly by vehicles.
・In the event the lift is out of order, our company will contact customer to re-schedule the delivery.
・Delivery service will be suspended or delayed when typhoon signal No.8 or above is raised or a black rainstorm warning is hoisted. In this event, our company will contact customer to re-schedule the delivery.
・Our company reserves the right to charge an additional delivery fee if the recipient is not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.
・It is the responsibility of the customer to notify our company immediately for of any changes of the delivery address.
・Our company reserves the right to refuse the delivery of goods to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely.


Delivery Fee

・Our company offers FREE delivery (single location in*designated area of Hong Kong only) for orders over HK$600 (per transaction).
・For orders under HK$600, a delivery charge of HK$100 shall apply (single location in*designated area of Hong Kong only).
・Please note that frozen goods is not included in the delivery service and must be picked up in our company.

・Our company reserves the right to determine the final delivery charge.
・The Green Olive Ltd. reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions and to make final decisions in all matters of disputes.
